The role of the Client Services Representative is to provide exceptional customer
service support to our clients that is timely and accurate. The Client Services Representative is
responsible for providing both outbound and inbound support. This would include, but is not limited to,
answering incoming phone calls, requesting documents, confirming payments, answering disputes,
approving settlements and approving legal action. This position relies heavily on following established
processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and/or reaching out to team members for guidance.


REQUSIITOS

1+ years of inbound/outbound phone customer service or customer careexperience
1 year in Business Administration or Marketing
 Exceptional English skills, both verbal and written
 Some college education preferred
 30+wpm
 Highly organized with superior attention to detail
 Thorough knowledge of Outlook and a general knowledge of Excel andWord
 Overall knowledge of Adobe products is a plus

Contact clients on outstanding cases via both phone and email communication.
 Establish, maintain and foster good working relationships with each client. Build client’s trust

 Uphold Hunter Warfield’s brand image when speaking with clients.
 Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal departments. Build trust and
confidence with those involved.
 Consistently exceed client expectations, SLA deadlines and provide superior customer service.
 Utilize CRM to manage, track and monitor workload.
 Accurately record all client correspondence in CRM.
 Team goals must be met along with individual goals

$666.00 base + $34.00 de bonificación de ley + $400 bono potencial en base a productividad.
